“This was a perfect stay for us. My in-laws are minutes away down Post Rd and Tyler’s property was space for us to land as a family, while also doing the extended family activities over New Years. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog and the location was quiet. Bonus, we had gorgeous fresh snow on New Years morning. I would absolutely recommend this place and hope to rent again. ”

“everything was clean and easily located. the host was more than helpful when I couldn't locate my code to get into the unit. it was quiet and near the ocean, but it was very cold weather so I didn't spend much time visiting the beach.

After we booked, the listing was changed (at various points it showed “sleeps 2” or “sleeps 4”) and the price dropped.
