“The holiday cottage was lovely and cosy the bed was nice and comfortable, it was nice of the owners to be left some eggs, milk, bread and butter for our breakfast. A couple of things I would recommend is instructions how to work the TV, microwave/ oven etc. The cottage was a bit far out for us as we were only visiting Chatsworth House and didn’t realise when we booked it that it was in the middle of nowhere, when we booked we typed in Bakewell, where actually it’s nowhere in Bakewell. “Chime Cottage was absolutely charming! It had everything we needed—cozy, cute, and perfectly functional. The space was thoughtfully designed and felt like a true home away from home. We especially appreciated the comfy bed, the lovely bath to relax in after long days of hiking, and the cozy wood burner that made the evenings extra special.We walked into Bradwell from Hope Station—about 2 miles—so a bit of a walk, but totally doable and a great way to soak in the scenery.
