“The location was great, and the place was clean. However, there was an undisclosed additional fee upon check-in that was not stated anywhere when I booked the place. When I contacted the host about it, they were unwilling to make it right. ”

“Good bed. Spacious room but bathroom on the smaller side. No room service and restaurant seemed to be staggering. Hamam was too cold. AC worked well and was silent! Over all a good place. The problem with eating options could easily be handled in a place like Manhattan.”

Highlights include the professional friendly and helpful reception staff, the size and comfort of the rooms, the fabulous rooftop bar and the Ivy Room. The latter is as good a breakfast spot as you will find anywhere in NYC. Can't wait to return.”

“Spent a long weekend in Manhattan with my wife. The room was nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The only issue was that we couldn’t connect to WiFi from our room but it worked out when we finally got a prompt near the lobby. Nice view from Purple where we ate breakfast and drank cocktails in the evenings. ”
