"Overall a really bad experience. The first night we got to know that our room with kitchen was overbooked and we got transfered to a room without kitchen. We were a family of three in the room and during all of our stay, it was constantly a lack of proper amount of towels, the sofa bed in our room was not prepared and we were given no bed clothing for it to prepare it ourself, unless we specifically asked. Later in our stay we found roaches in the kitchen and we got transferred to yet another room without kitchen. Overall dirty. The personell was helpful, the first night when our room was overbooked, they compensated us and when we asked for more towels and bed clothing for the sofa bed, and other stuff they ordered it up to our room. "
