"En betongbunker, går inte att öppna fönster, annars stort och fint rum. En bäddsoffa som var oerhört obekväm att sitta i, ännu värre att ligga i. Bra frukost, äggröra, bacon, bisquits rostat bröd, bagels, flingor, våfflor"

"We stayed nine nights and it was great. Everything was close as the hotel isn't very big. Breakfast could've had more options, but it had the basic stuff at least. Room was awesome with comfy beds, fridge, micro, sofa, chairs, table, 2 tv's with plenty of channels. The option of washing and drying clothes for a small fee was awesome. Room cleaning was also very good those days we chose to have the cleaned. We didn't use the pool at all, and the gym very little, but nice to have those options available as well."

"We stayed at this hotel for a wedding (wedding was incredible) and this hotel left us disappointed. It’s by far the worst Hyatt I’ve stayed at. First room smelt heavily of smoke so we were promptly switched to a new room but that bathroom was covered in hair. We mentioned this at the front desk and were met with attitude. Wasn’t appreciated. On our third day we needed more towels and after requesting at the front desk, we finally got new towels more than 2 hours later. The rooms are outdated and need lots of paint touch ups and there were screws and rust in the bathroom. Friends stayed at the Hampton Inn next door which was much nicer and breakfast was included there. "
