NY hyra med saltvattentillgång (båt, kyak, paddleboard etc.)

Vår charmiga två sovrum cape torsk stuga ligger inbäddat på en privat culdesac, tillsammans med 10 andra välskötta hem. Hemmet uppdaterades hösten 2016 med nytt golv och färg i hela hemmet och tillägg till en utomhusdusch. Vår stuga erbjuder 1 sovrum med dubbelsäng, 1 sovrum med en uppsättning våningssängar i full storlek. Sun Room har en queen-size futon som kan sova ytterligare 2 vuxna. Köket är litet, men ger allt du behöver för att laga mat. Köket är fullt utrustat med allt nödvändigt. Glidande glasdörrar från Sun Room leder till ett nytt stort däck med grill och utemöbler. Perfekt för att grilla familjemiddagen medan du tittar på solnedgången över vattnet! Stor gemensam gård precis utanför dörren, gott om plats för barnen att leka ute!

Grannskapet ligger på viken, vilket ger hyresgästerna möjlighet att komma åt saltvattnet precis utanför deras dörr. Fisk och simma från vår vackra brygga. Du är välkommen att använda vår kajak och stå upp paddle board! Tillgång till dockan finns för dig som verkligen vill dra nytta av detta utmärkta läge och vill ta med en båt eller hyra en från marinan längs vägen. Grannskapet ligger utanför motorvägen, två minuters bilresa / kort cykeltur :), till Orleans centrum och Eastham stränder. Orleans centrum erbjuder oändliga mängder av restauranger, kaféer, shopping, cykeluthyrning, småbåtshamn, stora Stop & Shop och många fler. Här finns också tillgång till Cape Cods berömda cykelväg. Du är också välkommen att använda våra två cyklar under din vistelse.

Fantastic Fall Visit

Very clean, convenient location, short walk to water access, great place to enjoy the off season with everything you need to “eat-in.” Catching the Northern Lights was a great bonus.

Beautiful Cottage

This updated cottage was the perfect place to stay on our weeklong stay on Cape Cod. The home is well-appointed with all the necessities and is beautifully decorated. The location is convenient to visit all of the towns along the Cape as well as the beaches and historical destinations.

Cute Cape Cod Cottage.

Janet's cottage was great, so stinken cute, so clean and so comfortable. We would go back there in a heartbeat. This is by far the best cottage we have stayed at on the Cape.

Absolutely beautiful! Great cottage and location. Area was full of beautiful beaches, restaurants, and pubs! Manager was outstanding! Quick to respond to any questions. Phenomenal experience from whale watching to enjoying the beaches, kayaking and paddle boarding!

Great updated cottage

We loved the cottage and improvements. Gardens are beautiful and we spent a lot of time on the deck. Even kayaked alittle! Hope to go back next year.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is pretty, cozy, and clean. The cove is lovely, but we could not use the kayaks because the weather did not cooperate. The house is located in a friendly neighborhood off route 6. We were not bothered by the sound of traffic at all and enjoyed the proximity to excellent restaurants and shops.

This property is in a very quiet area even though it is off a very busy state highway. It’s great being right on the water with beach access. Having the kayaks was a great perk. The cottage itself is very clean and decorated perfectly,.

Cozy little cottage

This is a fine place for a get away on the Cape. It's centrally located on the Cape so it's convenient for anywhere you want to go. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen has most things you would need. The large deck and access to the water make it especially nice. Janet is quickly responds to any concerns or questions you might have, which is very helpful.

Community Cottage

This cottage was perfect for my husband and I who are in our fifties. Even though the cottage sleeps six, I would say four is a max. We especially liked having usage of the kayaks (didn't have to bring ours) and launched from the sandy area rather than the dock. Overall, we wouldn't hesitate staying here again!

Excellent Vacation spot

We stayed for one week. The cottage was clean, air conditioned, and beachy. We enjoyed use of the kyacks and paddle board for use daily. It was a perfect location for our family and easily accessible to local towns and shops. The community was quiet and family friendly. Highly recommend!

Charming Cottage, Great Location

Our family had just the best time staying at this charming cottage! The location was perfect for us, as we spent most of our time exploring the National Seashore and Outer Cape. The cottage was spotless and well stocked with all necessary items. Communication with the owner was effortless and very friendly. I just can’t say enough about how lovely our week here was. Thank you Janet for sharing, just a gem of a place! We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely sunny cottage

The cottage was lovely and the perfect size for myself, husband and our two small dogs. We loved the sunny deck and having the kayaks and paddle board available was a bonus so nice to use on the inlet. We also loved the large grassy area for our dogs. Our only complaint was the noise from the traffic on route 6. But, the cottage was close to beaches and downtown Orleans!

Cozy, quaint and comfortable cottage

Wonderful week on the Cape. The location of the cottage and cottage itself was perfect for the two of us. Kitchen and amenities were fine for the two of us and the bed was comfortable.it ended up being chillier than expected so it got really cold in the cottage at night. Plenty of blankets though and a heater in main living area. Cottage was a short drive to everything we wanted to see and do. Whale watching and enjoying Provincetown is a must! The house and yard are very attractive and the house is well-furnished. Although it is small the space is well-used and the high ceiling give it an open feeling. My husband enjoyed fishing down at the dock.

Cottage was impeccably clean with some new updates from our last visit in 2023. Owner was very easy to work with and responded quickly to inquiries. Location, of course, was absolutely perfect, with easy access to the outer Cape and the National Seashore beaches. This was our 3rd visit and we recommend it highly.
