“Delightful home with comfortable lounge furnishings, good dining and kitchen facilities, provided all our adult group needed, which was five bedrooms and social spaces for a sunny September week at Eastham. The deck facilities and garden fire pit were appreciated. It’s a place we would recommend.”

“We had an amazing stay! Location is PERFECTION if you are like my family and don’t like to get in the car everyday to go to the beach. Easy walk to Wiley Park and Kingsbury Beach. We really enjoyed the fire pit area and the home was spacious for my group to sleep comfortably and relax.”

“Terrific house in an excellent location. Great division of space, with a sort of separate apartment kitchen (stove removed and replaced with ice maker). Main kitchen is decent. Grill was not working well (max temp 350).Excellent wrap-around deck around almost the whole house. The walk to the bay is like one minute, and you can walk to First Encounter in 10 or 15. Great sunsets. Lots of good beach gear in the basement! There's even a secret bed and office down there, not in the listing!House...

“Our family vacation was wonderful. Six adults and three children (ages 5, 8 and 11) had ample space inside and outside. Every room is a beautiful space.As we hoped, the poo/spa was a favorite with the kids (all swimmers). It had an adjustable current that was a surprise feature for us, and a great way to experience something different. We had some cool weather, so it was great to have heated water. “The place was amazing. There were a couple issues that should be addressed, but this is not the forum to do so. You can reach out to me if you wish, but I did leave a note.”

“The house was clean but needs some general maintenance work. I communicated those issues with the rental company. The issues included blinds missing from a bedroom, a broken trash container, a leak in the basement, and possible mold as a result, possible termite damage, some leakage evident in the ceiling and a missing smoke detector from the bedroom accessed by the spiral staircase. The house is otherwise lovely so fixing these issues would help. ”
