“The value for the price was acceptable. View was outstanding! Staff came and addressed a concern immediately. Bed was comfortable with nice linens and towels. The room is generally old and tired. Musty smell. It was not cleaned well. Carpet needs replacing and has lots of stains (don't want to go barefoot). Curtains are in disrepair. “The property was very isolated and inaccessible. We arrived late in the evening and had hard time locating the house. While a wonderful property, it was not what we were looking for. Its location so far from any expected venues for food, essentials and other expected amenities forced us to cut our stay there short to only one night. It was very disappointing.”

“The ocean view and the location was fantastic. It was clean with the exception of rhe screen on the bathroom widow which had a very thick layers of dust and the deck railing was really needed cleaning... included numerous spider wed and green slime. And the one long chair pillow was wet and had bird poop. And the screens on both sliding doors need replacing as those are ripped. Though I would still rent it again.”

“We enjoyed an extended stay at Cowboy Cabin. It was great being out in a rural area, and we especially enjoyed watching hawks, swans, and other birds in the marsh across the street. The on-site staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful. Just know that this is an older building with dents and bruises, and the heating system could use a little attention. I'll bet kids would enjoy the cowboy decor and plenty of room to play in the large living room.”
