“The check in/out team was great. I stayed 4 night and housekeeping only came to my room on the last day and that was only because I saw them in the hall and asked them if they could at least take out the trash and leave clean towels The hotel is across the street from a hospital… ambulances all day/night.”

“The location is alittle nosy due to the train, when I first walked into the room smelled like something died I did my due diligence even then the smell was extremely off putting ended up checking out early”

“This is not a tourist or visitor to NY hotel; it’s literally used by locals in the area for extra curricular activities. Worst off the front desk assistance were horrible. I asked if an early check in was possible, the young lady said yes, but I had to pay $40 cash; asked if they can add it to my bill and she replied no, but there’s an atm behind me to use. There were no smoking signs and warnings about additional fees if caught smoking, but the entire hotel reeked of weed. Bed linen had hair on...

“I spent a night at Glo Best Western Hotel in the Bronx, New York City. It’s an excellent place to stay with your family. It’s in a good shopping center on the Southern Blvd. The 2 &5 Train station is just around the corner. They have parkin’ nice staff, clean and spacious room for breakfast. They only need to adjust their bath though clean. I recommend this hotel to every traveler who needs a place to spend a day or days in the Bronx. I enjoyed the place.”

“Yes, room was very clean;staff were incrediby helpful; the bar can use more wine varieties; breakfast was available - chocolate croissants were always fresh and amazing. I can't wait until the pool is finished. Decor is beautiful and we enjoyed having chats in the various seating areas. A real gem in Harlem surrounded by a variety of wonderful cuisines. ”

“Surrounding hotels were out of power, this hotel had - great! Our room was more of an apartment which was great for the family! Good parking garage, great service desk - but the cleaning could do a better job. Bed sofa had used linnen, there was food in the kitchen sink that smelled bad when we got to our room and there was a tape from a user shirt on the back of the bathroom door meaning the cleaners didn’t clean behind the door or they’d seen it. With this said, I’d still stay here again! ”
