“Nice location next to two good subway stations at 167st that take you everywhere in Manhattan and also Brooklyn. Good size rooms and amazing showers with perfect pressure. Decent breakfast. Free water, coffee and bagles 24/7 in the lobby. Perfect for New York tourist.”

“The property uses great pictures online. Once you arrive its a dirty area, hallways smell like cigarettes since some rooms are allowed smoking. I wouldn't book again.”

“This place was absolutely disgusting. Very sketchy hotel. They make it look so much better than online than it actually is. Bathroom was absolutely disgusting toilet wasn’t cleaned. Shower looked nasty. We ended up not staying here due to how gross and also unsafe the area is they also would not give us a refund in reality they should have because of false advertising. There is a big reason why these are prices cheaper because this place is terrible. DO NOT BOOK OR STAY AT THIS PLACE. Also...

“Every was clean, the only thing i didnt like was the check in process , you have to do a form on site and put a 75 dollars deposit for some reason none of my cards were working so i had to stand outside until i was able to send a transfer of the 75$ to the person in charge, so that was frustrating for me being standing there in front of the building with my luggage , so i texted the person once the person received the transfer via cashapp i got the code to go into the building and to my room”

“For being what it is, it was OK. Wouldn't stay here with my family, but as someplace to crash overnight it wasn't bad. A bit run down, but the room was clean and the bathroom had even good soaps, shampoo and lotions. Front desk guy (behind glass) was friendly and helpful. ”

“Perfekt hotell för en dag med shopping. Bra ställe att äta på just utanför och trevlig personal.”

“Great hotel! However dinner was below expectations”

“Surrounding hotels were out of power, this hotel had - great! Our room was more of an apartment which was great for the family! Good parking garage, great service desk - but the cleaning could do a better job. Bed sofa had used linnen, there was food in the kitchen sink that smelled bad when we got to our room and there was a tape from a user shirt on the back of the bathroom door meaning the cleaners didn’t clean behind the door or they’d seen it. With this said, I’d still stay here again! ”

“Good jawn”

“Top class!”
