"Fräscht rum, precis som hela hotellet! Utmärkt service dygnet runt. Trevlig personal som hjälpte till med shuttle till O’Hare. Trevlig bar/restaurang med välsmakande mat. Vi kommer att återvända nästa gång i Chicago. "

"Vi had s good stay, but the restaurant run by the hotel wasn’t open O think because it was the weekend, but the staff at the front desk seemed to think it was open. Anyway rather confusing. There was another private restaurant on site too, but we had already eaten there so ended up ordering a pizza to get delivered. The breakfast was a bit disappointing on the weekend the buffé was non existent. We were offered an American breakfast that my 10-year-old wouldn’t eat. It was eggs sausage etc. I didn’t mind the food, but they needed a kid option like pancakes if they didn’t have a buffé. "
