I welcome you to this private bedroom! Set in the friendly & quiet neighborhood of Park Allen, you will love being central to everything you could want in the city! It is a perfect home-away-from home for guests. The room has a very large windows, so it is bright and spacious with curtains for privacy and has a dressers for your clothes. There is shared bathroom on the same floor (i.e., bathtub with shower, toilet and sink) as well as a fully stocked shared kitchen with all of your basic needs.

The laundry room is a shared space with other guests in the home.
Guests have access from 8am - 10am & 4pm - 9pm

**No Laundry Access During the Hours of 10am-4pm**

The kitchen and bathroom on the main floor are also shared with other guests. We keep the areas clean and expect all guests to do the same.
During your stay
Myself or a family member are available if needed but let guests enjoy their privacy and quiet space.
Other things to note
No Parties or Events are allowed.

There is some potential for noise from the main floor which is another Airbnb Listing which includes a hallway that is adjacent. However, if the noise has become excessive or outside the quiet hours, please notify me me your host.

We follow our posted cancellation policy, please ensure that you read and understand this policy at the time of booking. If you wish to protect yourself from unexpected last minute cancellations that are non-refundable under our policy, please consider purchasing your own travel insurance to obtain the level of protection you desire.

Please note that the environment of the building may not be ideally suited for children, as we have other guests staying in the building.
