“Staff kind and polite. Picture from terass in Hotels.com so bad. Wasnt even any terass set on. Only much birds in small cage and Dirty. We have familyroom for 5. Was ok and comfort bed. Elevator terrible.. roof in almost fall down. But for the money downtown in Kairo its ok. Can think for be back sure. But please fix terass so guest can stay little there. “This is the first hotel we stayed in Egypt. We selected this hotel is mostly for its location which is in a walking distance to The Egyptian Museum. Surprisingly, the room is clean and comfortable. The Reception staff was helpful and provided great service. The Hotel/Hostel is on the 5 and 6th floor in a building that feels strange walking into. “The staff was amazing. The front desk was open 24 hours with someone available to accommodate your concerns. Very knowledgeable and helpful navigating the city. Breakfast was lovely. I had breakfast on the terrace every morning. The staff was available to serve you coffee, tea, juice, water, etc. etc. It was a great place to connect with fellow travelers, and the cool breeze in the morning was very inviting. ”
