The unit was new and of great quality, nicely decorated but being new construction there were some convenience features and amenities that were lacking. (No towel rods, hooks, no where to hang anything, no shelves in bathroom, kitchen equipment was sparse). “Overall, the property is nice. The condo unit was as pictured. Location wise, the property is fairly central but you will have to drive to any dining or shopping locations. The short walk to the rocky beach is doable, but note all the kayaks have holes in the bottom (from being drug up/down the hill incline to get to the beach) and therefore do not stay afloat for long.
