“My family and I (4 total, kids age 8 and 12) stayed here a week for spring break a few weeks ago. The rental was easy to find, with a good amount of space, and a pool! I was concerned that the pool was outdoors because I'm used to lanai's in Florida, but we never found lizards/frogs/other animals in or around the pool. It's also maybe private to the rental? We were the only ones to use it, but it was late March, so I'm not sure. One negative that won't be around forever is construction...
