“Place was great. Room was awesome. Pillows were pretty much useless. That’s the only complaint.”

“Welcoming, friendly staff, breakfast was nice, tasty waffles, typical continental breakfast. Room was clean and well staffed. Parking close to front entrance, easy access. Room was a bit stuffy but not offensive.”

“Dirt room”

“The hotel was decent but the room I had the bathroom was a disaster. The sink was cracked in two places the shower head dripped all night long. It looked like the place was under renovation but it was way overpriced for that type of a room”

“We were in a room next to the elevators and every time someone used the elevators, it rumbled in our room. Spoke to the staff this morning, and they said had we called down, they would’ve found a different room for us which was nice, but would’ve involved a lot of repacking and unpacking again, plus getting dressed. Next time, I’ll make sure to ask to avoid rooms adjacent to the elevator bank.”

“We like this hotel for when we stay in Guelph. Nice size rooms with kitchens and decent breakfast. Only complaint would be the bed was pretty hard this visit and pillows not supportive. Otherwise great.”
