“East of the sun was an older property but was clean with a friendly staff. They took care of things when needed in a timely manner. There was quite a bit of dog poop in the back yard some fresh and some older. It was a short walk to the beach and they did supply a wagon, boogy boards, and chairs. ”

“This house was the closest to the beach that we have had in our 13 years of family vacations at Emerald Isle! The host helped us along the way and was available by text if we had any questions about where things were or how to make something work better in the house. There were directions with each TV and with the thermostat to help those who were not familiar with the technology. “Great property! Everyone enjoyed the house, the pool and the beach. Everything was clean and well stocked. The pictures don’t do it justice. It is spacious with great views. “Check-in was seamless. I had one question which was answered quickly. The large deck and walkway to the beach were great ! Plenty of pots and pans. Even in July, beach was not crowded. Only issues were dishwashers not cleaning well, which I will make owners aware of. The master suites are wonderful with lots of windows, great beach view, king bed, and sitting area! The Queen rooms are very small with no view.”
