“The property provided all the basic necessities that we could ask for except that the no air conditioning made sleeping very difficult for the four nights we were there. If we kept the windows closed because of the highway noise, then it became very hot and if we open the windows again, we had the traffic noise. We particularly liked sitting on the balcony the back patio and having the mountain greenery right there at our feet with even a short path that we could use for a slight bit of...

“Exactly what i needed. Thank you”

“We really enjoyed our stay! The deck and hot tub were perfect for relaxing. Staying outside of town gave us the peaceful getaway we were looking for, and seeing wildlife right in the backyard made the experience even better. We’d definitely stay here again!”

“The Sister's House was lovely. The host met all our needs and promptly answered questions. This house is well laid out for sitting around talking, preparing and eating meals together, and taking in the beauty of Colorado. We were close to many food options, and to town for walking around and exploring, eating out, or trails for hiking. Thanks for a great stay!”

“The listing pictures were accurate. The location was easy to find, about a 5 minute drive from Main Street, free parking garage, and shops. Key pick up is not on the same property, but was easy. The check in clerk was knowledgeable. We appreciated the 2nd bedroom having a pair of twin beds instead of a second queen bed.”

“My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon and it was the perfect place. It was comfortable and quiet and everything we wanted.”

“This is our third time visiting the home and to say my husband and I are obsessed is an understatement. All the thought that the hosts have put into the "little things" make the cabin feel like a fun, safe, sexy and eclectic safe haven. We've been during winter, fall and spring and can safely say Spring is our favorite. We love sitting on the deck with a latte and watching the humming bird and listening to the wind through the trees (among other not so PC things). Highly recommend a visit.”

“This house was located on a beautiful, relaxing, gorgeous, ridge with lovely mountain views. The host is correct that the drive UP is an adventure, but we had no trouble in our hybrid SUV. We loved exploring the area around and we also loved sitting on the deck reading our books. Just a lovely time. For those over 60 with weak limbs, I have asked the host to put some extra hold bars in the upstairs shower and they agreed. This cabin and view is beautiful. We had NO trouble with electrical...

“Awesome in so many ways. Beautiful views, location & decor. The daily deer walk through is a bonus.”

“Fantastic spot in the mountainside of Idaho springs!!!! Highly recommend this place!!”

“Charming space located on a beautiful, remote property. Quietest place on earth.”

“Clean and beautiful and will stay again!!”

“Beautiful place and well kept. Very peaceful place, we loved seeing the moose with their calves up close from the windows. The kids loved the game room and Xbox, especially due to our daughter having altitude sickness, it gave our son something to enjoy while she was resting. The host was extremely responsive to any questions and checked on us throughout our visit. There was lots to do at the home for both kids and adults.”

“5/5 Stars – Absolutely Stunning Mountain Retreat! We had an incredible stay at this mountain house and cannot recommend it enough. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by how immaculately clean the entire property was—it truly felt spotless and welcoming. The interior design is beautiful, perfectly balancing a cozy, mountain vibe with modern, high-end aesthetics. Every room was thoughtfully decorated and furnished for comfort. The amenities were equally impressive; the host provided...

“Beautiful home, comfortable beds, love that the kitchen was fully furnished and there was a grill. I also love seeing nice homes like these that are dog friendly, my dogs and family really enjoyed staying. Thanks!”

“Best home with best view.”

“Asbolutely incredible home for vacation! We traveled with our family of 6 - including three teenagers. Plenty of room to spread out and relax, but also perfect space for eating together and playing games. The home is beautifully, yet comfortably appointed. There is nothing lacking in the kitchen for preparing your favorite meals. The location is wonderful - close to the restaurants and activities in Winter Park and Fraser, yet quiet in the evenings. The view is incredible from the porch - you...

“We went as a party of 8 and had a wonderful time. The house was very pretty and the scenery was unbelievable. Everyone had plenty of room and enjoyed their rooms. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast every morning on the patio. The hot tub was a great way to relax after long days of walking and shopping. Hope to stay again at this home. Host was very friendly and prompt to answer questions we had.”

“What an amazing place to stay in Winter Park! Completely exceeded our expectations, thank you! Beds were so comfortable, everything was clean and tastefully decorated, views were amazing, hot tub was superb! We walked to everything, particularly loved the close walk to the Grand County Rec Center for swimming, basketball and weight room. Everything in the condo made for the perfect vacation for our family of two young adults, two older adults and one very happy dog! ”
