“Our family of 17 stayed at a villa near Montespertoli. In fact the villa also was a winery and olive oil producer. Nicola was the host as well as the owner. He was available for everyone of our guest. Requests from laundry to suggestions for restaurants, to taxi services to Florence...Nicola was always available to take care of us. Auf keine Email kam eine Reaktion, außer dass man sich melden würde. Wir wollten vorab einige Dinge abklären (Anzahl der Personen hatte sich reduziert, wäre früherer Check In möglich, etc.), selbst das vorzeitige Anmelden aller Personen mit Ausweisen wurde nicht an den Vermieter weitergeleitet!! "We had an absolutely amazing experience at IQ Hotel Florence – truly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from the historic center and all the main attractions of Florence. It was incredibly convenient to explore the city on foot. The service was outstanding – the staff were polite, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was the best and most complete we’ve ever had in a hotel, with a wide variety of high-quality options that catered to all tastes. The hotel itself is modern, exceptionally clean, and well-maintained. Our room was very spacious, with a complimentary minibar that was restocked daily, plus coffee and tea facilities. The overall comfort and amenities were top-notch. In short, this was a truly sweet and unforgettable stay. I highly recommend IQ Hotel to anyone visiting Florence – it made our trip even more special."
