Fresh and clean hotel with a very nice staff and fantastic Japanese style breakfast. Only bad thing was the beds were not very comfortable.

Hotel Route Inn Owariseto Ekimae
The room was clean and spacious for Japanese hotel. I enjoyed the public bath and breakfast. Highly recommend

I'm glad I stayed more than one night, otherwise my rewiev had looked differently. My first night was horribel. The family next door was talking loud, stomping, slammed doors and run up down the stairs. Finally 23.30 they got quite. Unfortunately this was the night I had to get up early to walk nakasendo ...

Very spacious and clean property with all facilities provided except dishwasher. Efficient communication with property management and smooth check-in process.

This inn is a renovated old house.
The property is historic, yet well renovated, so we were comfortable. They also provide tea and cups of noodles at no additional cost if guests need a snack. The biggest bonus is that it's a traditional Japanese house in a historic part of town, so staying there is a travel experience in itself. ...
