âWhen we got our room we was impresed, it had a very nice old feeling about it. But when we started too look around we found more problems, the light at the toilet didn't work, and also a light in the bedroom. There was no toilet paper, the hot water did only work for one minute (we tired both days to take a shower but it was freezing!). Someone had erier been smoking in the room, and there was used cigarets on the floor and the room was very dusty. We went to the recieption three times and they...
