“Everything about our stay , was wonderful”

“I reserved the room so my son could have a place to stay after his graduation dinner. He had some friends come over and they didn't allow them to access the builduing and the staff was rude I got him a whole suite so him and maybe who ever was to tired to drive to stay there mind you these were all seniors but yet other people had a party of 10+ and were walking in and out of the property. Staff is not friendly except for maybe the valet personal. I paid almost $300 for a suite that only my son...

“The room was clean. some of the staff are not supposed to be there especially the African -American lady at the reception. She needs to be educated on how to treat a customer without bias. She has an I don't give a damn attitude, always on the phone and when you approach her, she feels you are disturbing or distracting her phone calls. M.s Rose, who prepares the breakfast is a lovely woman and breakfast was good.Air conditioning is good. I spent almost 2 weeks there but won't be using them...

“Great place to stay”

“Location! Location! Location! If you have a concert at Arlington music hall, this place is close and a very easy walk. There are many restaurants near by and things to do after the concert. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Beds are super comfy. Biggest negative is the train. Property is right next to train tracks. But, if you listen to white noise or something else at night, you may not notice. ”

“Great hotel and priced well for the one night stay.”

“The location is perfect for a Rangers game. But the hotel is such a gem! We spent the entire day in the pool, going down the waterslide. The on site restaurants were also perfect - you don’t have to leave!”

“The room was in a terrible neighborhood. The freight train was feet from our room. The towels were so thin that we had to go to Walmart to buy others. I’m surprised that Expedia has this horrible property listed. Oh….we booked two nights but left after one.”

“The treadmills weren't functioning in the gym. You might not get any bacon at breakfast but the waffles are still delicious! Lovely pool and hot tub. Folks were even posted up with a crawfish boil. So looks to be great for family functions but I was a solo traveler. It was clean and comfy with free breakfast so you can't really beat that. Also the shuttles were reasonable price and made going to sporting events easy”

“Broken iron. Then replaced broken iron with another broken iron. Broken hair dryer. Dirty bathroom. They didn't offer to waive the early check in fee for all of my inconveniences. Terrible experience.”

“Location. Location. Close to everything. I’m not used to breakfast tacos on the menu at some other places I’ve been but they had them here! Staff were super friendly and helpful. My guest was having issues logging in to the hotel WiFi but that was resolved in less than 2 minutes. Thanks to the staff who knew what they were doing. Check in and check out were a breeze!”
