Spectacular Log Home with views in every direction. Sits on almost an acre of land. Fish Creek running through the rear of the property. View and photograph wildlife safely from elevated deck. Visited by many Hummingbirds and Elk. Fully equipped Kitchen with double gas oven, Cuisinart air fryer, KitchenAid mixer, Keurig and drip coffee pot, malt shop milk shake mixer, toaster and all cooking and dishware. Multi use Trail just steps from driveway with miles of trail extends to Lake and through town. TVs in 4 rooms, with DVD and VHS capabilities in one room. Century Link Wireless internet provided. Weber propane gas grill and extra propane tank provided. Enjoy Mountain Views from the new 5 person Hot Tub located safely on the elevated deck. Two person jacuzzi tub in master bath.

Beautiful views, wonderful and spacious cabin home close to the Rocky Mountain national Park and many attractions around Estes Park host are very gracious and responsive to needs and communication. We absolutely loved it!

Absolutely everything was perfect! Joe is such a great host. Amazing communication even before we arrived. The house was clean and has everything we needed for a family of 6. Views were beautiful. We loved watching the hummingbirds and the elk from the deck. Close enough to the park and downtown, but far enough away where you were not in the center of all the hustle and bustle. Nice 2 1/2 mile trail from the house we did on our days off from hiking. Would definitely recommend and we will definitely be back!

We stayed at Curtin's Hitching Post for a family reunion in the area. This house was wonderful - even better than the pictures! The owner met us at the house for check-in and gave us a tour. They provided everything we needed, including some snacks. I would highly recommend this house and would stay here again!

Just Perfect

Great location, elk hung out on property almost daily, kitchen had everything we needed for easy crockpot meals. Cabin was very spacious, comfortable accommodation and very clean. Hot tub was very clean and offered views of millions of stars! Joe went above and beyond to answer my questions and made my husband day when he told us there was a Keurig.

Very sweet home

Had elk and deer just about everyday through the yard. Two young elk were sparring in the backyard and then laid in the shade for a few hours. Not far from town. I highly recommend this home. Owners are very sweet.

Estes Park gathering

Curtin's Hitching Post on Fish Creek is a beautiful property with spacious group and dining spaces, but plenty of private bedroom sleeping quarters allowing our group of several families to relax and enjoy each other's company. Joe is local, easy to contact, and quick to respond, not to mention courteous and friendly.

Just a wonderful experience

This is not a house - it is truly a HOME. No detail missed. Exactly as presented but much nicer in person. Quiet residential neighborhood less than 10 minutes from RMNP entrance or downtown Estes Park. Joe is what all VRBO hosts should be. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you!

Great home in a great location

We brought our grown kids and 3 Grandsons total of 8 in our group, house was perfect. Kids enjoyed all the Hummingbird s and hot tub. Joe was always just a few minutes from answering any questions. He aldo met us at the housr. We are looking forward to our next trip to Rstes Park & RMNP

Fabulous View of Long Peak

Check in was easy. Joe met us at the property and told us about the house and things to do around Estes Park. The house is roomy and the views are magnificent. We even saw a group of elk roam by one morning. The hummingbirds were amazing. Nice big kitchen to cook meals. Beds were comfy, and we slept well. The deck is a great place to have coffee in the morning and watch wildlife. Hopefully when we return to Estes Park this property will be available. Thanks for everything.

Love the Elk!

The most impressive thing about our stay at Curtin's Hitching Post is the Elk! The place is nice. It's in a great location. There's a lot of space for larger groups. The hot tub is fantastic with amazing views. But to watch the Elk eat and play and feed their babies was amazing. Right on our front porch. Can't ask for more!

Beautiful Mountain View!

Our family loved this beautiful home! Drinking coffee in the mornings looking at the mountains, seeing hummingbirds and deer was an absolute joy! The hot tub was a hit after days of walking and hiking! The home had plenty of room for 5 of us to spread out and have our own space. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and highly recommend staying here!

We really enjoyed the Log Cabin, the location was great, very close to the Golf Course, there was a small group of Elk that decided to walk by while we were there. The Hot Tub was very nice!

Breathtaking Getaway

Very impressed with the property and location. Just minutes away from downtown and park entrance yet location provided awesome views of the mountains and while enjoying the hot tub! I would highly recommend, Joe & Becky were terrific hosts.
