Unmatched panoramic views of the snow-capped Continental Divide permeate every

window of this massive, 6,200 square foot luxury mountain home. With 5

bedrooms, 6 bathrooms (2 with steam showers), three living rooms, home theater

and a heated 2-car garage... there is more than enough room here for large

family gatherings! Plus, there is no better place to celebrate the holidays or

a week-long getaway to the mountains of Colorado than at Elk Summit.

The Elk Summit Experience

Elk Summit crowns exclusive residential mountain community of Windcliff

Estates just a few miles outside of the town of Estes Park and just steps from

Rocky Mountain National Park and the Roosevelt National Forest. From the

moment you step into this mountain retreat, prepare to have your breath taken

away! You'll be welcomed into a soaring great room with a gas fireplace, and

an absolutely incredible view of the Rockies spanning two levels -- with floor

to ceiling windows.

The Kitchen at Elk Summit

The gourmet kitchen to your right is equipped with top of the line,

commercial-grade appliances and granite countertops. Everybody will want to be

a chef and use the sub-zero refrigerator, double Viking oven with warming

drawer, and Wolf gas range and hood. This kitchen has plenty of dinnerware as

well to help you serve all of your family and friends during your holidays and

special gatherings.

Entertainment and Relaxation at Elk Summit

To the left of the great room lies one of the two enormous master bedroom

suites with a special sliding glass door entrance onto the deck. It is loaded

with amenities including a gas fireplace, king bed, flat screen HDTV and a

walk in closet fit for a star! You can relax in a little bit of heaven in the

master bathroom complete with in-floor heating (throughout the entire house),

a jetted bath for two, double vanity, granite countertops, ceramic tile and a

steam shower with full body shower heads, and a tranquil overhead rain shower

head. You can really melt away all of your stress in this spa environment!

Upstairs at Elk Summit

Ascending upstairs, you'll be warmed by massive log timber-frame beams and

warm wood. The loft overlooking the great room offers unmatched views of the

mountain range through the wall of windows spanning both floors. You'll be

immediately drawn out to the upper deck to enjoy the warming sun, rarified air

and peaceful serenity exclusive to these Rocky Mountains. The views are beyond

description, especially during the sunrise and sunset hours of the day -- or

the dark of night, if stargazing in the Estes Park night sky is on the

horizon. Back inside, you are offered entry to a second master bedroom with

rustic log furniture, a walk in closet, gas fireplace, flat screen television

and of course, more views. The master bath has a double vanity with granite

countertops, ceramic tile and a steam shower. The bedroom next to the master

houses a bunk bed with two full size beds. The closet in this room contains

toys, books and games to entertain both children and families alike at the end

of the day's adventures. Just outside the door of this room lies another full

bathroom. The final bedroom upstairs is a private retreat complete with queen

bed, a private full bathroom and a wood lined cathedral ceiling.

The Lower Level at Elk Summit

Descending to the lower level, you'll find yourself in a lovely family room

with a gas fireplace, wet bar with granite countertops and views, views and

more views. That's right; there are still amazing views even from the home's

lowest floor! Just by the hall is a home theater room equipped with an HDTV,

BluRay player and surround sound. Down the hallway are a full bathroom and the

final guest bedroom with a queen bed. Laundry facilities are also on this

level.

Elk Summit: Ambiance and Luxury Beyond Compare

This home is really a delight for all who enter with its amazing views, ski

lodge feel and enough space to accommodate all of your guests with ease.

Private trailheads into the Rocky Mountain National Park and the Roosevelt

National Forest are just steps away. Hop in the car and you're mere minutes

from the grocery store, restaurants, breweries, and shopping in charming Estes

Park. We hope that our house will provide you with many wonderful memories and

Beautiful Home

Absolutely gorgeous settina nd a beautiful house. House was clean and well stocked. The disposal was broken and although we reported it, it was not fixed, but that was not really a problem
