“This property is amazing! It is beautiful and secluded but within minutes of Rocky Mountain National Park, Stanley Hotel (The Shining) and downtown Estes. Wildlife is abundant and the river runs right through the property. Our cabin was clean and the kitchen was completely equipped for cooking meals. The deck had a 4 seat patio table with a grill! I will definitely return and recommend to family and friends. The staff was so welcoming and kind! Five Stars for Streamside! ”

We saw elk and mule deer right by the cabins and we were only like 4 minutes from Lily lake and Twin Sisters trailhead. ”

“The cabin was cute , very clean and well stocked. The heat worked great and kept us warm and comfortable during the night. However, the bathroom was small and the shower was very awkward. Really only room for one person to sit at the table unless you move it out blocking the back door. ”

“The stay was great. There was no hot water in our shower and the toilet in our cabin was very touchy and would often run continuously after flushing. A giggle of the handle cured the problem but if guests were not cognizant of the issue it would waste a good amount of water ”

“We had a great time in Estes Park. The cabin was beautiful and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this location. We saw deer, elk and even a bear in the yard which our granddaughters thought was so cool. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. “The property was nice. But if you’re looking for peaceful river setting it’s a no go. Property directly across river plays loud music all day. Takes away from peace & serenity of area. Also, at night the industrial area all around back has lights lit up. Just not the tranquility I thought I was paying for by the river. Property was clean and nice otherwise. Check in/out was easy.”
