Denna unika fastighet kan hyras som 2B / 2B eller 3B / 3B. Det finns en separat (fristående) gästsvit som har ett fint sovrum, badrum och litet däck. Se bild av husplaner för layout. Fastigheten har plats för 2-6 gäster. Baspriset är baserat på beläggning av två personer och varje ytterligare gäst är $ 25 per person per natt.

Denna vackra fjällstuga ligger på 1. 8 tunnland med fantastisk utsikt över Longs Peak, Twin Sisters, Old Man Mountain och Fall River. De ursprungliga grundarna av Elkhorn Lodge byggde huset 1934, därav namnet Elkhorn Cottage. Det har skett många uppdateringar, men det här huset har originaler som ger det den perfekta mysiga bergen. Det finns trägolv, stor sten spis och ett fullt lager "retro" stil kök. Sovrummen är stora och taken är höga. Huvudstugan är 2B / 2B och det finns en separat gästsvit som är 1B / 1B. Ett stort däck sitter över hela baksidan av huset som är perfekt för att koppla av och njuta av utsikten. Det är ungefär en halv mil promenad till centrala remsan via en trottoar i slutet av gatan och en kort 3. 8-mils körning till den mindre trånga Fall River RMNP-ingången.

Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng och franska dörrar som öppnar upp till det stora däck. Det andra sovrummet i huvudbyggnaden har en dubbelsäng med 2 stora fönster. Sovrummet i gästsviten (Moose Room) har en queen size-säng, ett komplett badrum med badkar / dusch och ett litet privat däck. Gästsviten har ett minikylskåp och kaffebryggare. Alla sovrum har klädkammare.

Nära till många populära bröllopsplatser inklusive The Stanley Hotel, SkyView at Fall River Village och Black Canyon Inn.

Quaint, vintage cottage with an interesting history. Only one side of oven in range worked and one burner on range top didn't work, but we made it work. Top drawer of dishwasher didn't work as well. The cottage was in walking distance of downtown and has a very quaint, cozy vibe with a nice gas fireplace. Very nice view of Long's Peak in a quiet neighborhood. We had a bull elk grazing in the back yard one morning.

Home was very clean, comfortable, well stocked and inviting. Everything was well thought out with instructions and hints to help us keep it as beautiful and welcoming as we found it. My daughter and I didn't want to leave and would rent again if we ever return to the area.

The amenities were fine. The kitchen was quaint but well equipped. We were there for a wedding and did not cook much. The W/D adjacent to the kitchen was a plus. The fireplace in the living room was a wonderful treat and helped warm the room on a snowy night. The house was extremely well maintained. Reading the history of the property in the red notebook is important and fascinating. It helps explain the property across the street, which is hopefully going to be renovated soon. I recommend checking the park entrance policy due to the federal shutdown. Timed entries are not necessary now and it was quite crowded on the weekend.

We have been to Estes Park many times and this is by far the most beautiful and accommodating home we have stayed in. It was a pleasure to work with Kim. She had everything well marked to make the stay comfortable and not have to worry about how things should be done. The location is amazing and it was easy to navigate where we wanted to go. We got to experience seeing a lot of wildlife right in the yard. We will definitely stay here again.

Location, location, location

Minutes from the park entrance and downtown Estes. Clean and comfortable. So relaxing to sit on the deck in the morning, enjoying coffee, and in the evening, watching the elk. Highly recommended.

Great Cabin getaway

The property was just as pictured. Found easy, close to everything. It was a nice cabin, fireplace, all the amenities you could ask for in the kitchen for cooking our meals. Kim was great. Always responded to our questions and check in very quickly. I would recommend this home for anyone wanting a getaway in the mountains!

Fabulous Cottage with a perfect location

The cottage was wonderful, loved the gas fireplace! We used all three bedrooms and the layout was really nice. This is the most well equipped VRBO I have had the pleasure of renting. Everything you could need and more was there! The location could not have been more perfect, for us and the flock of wild turkeys, mule deer and even bull elk. It was simply fabulous!

Charming Cabin in Estes Park

We loved our stay at the cabin. Unfortunately, we were only there a short time and didn't get to take advantage of the deck and fire pit. This is a classic cabin. It is very comfortable and a nice place to spend your time in Estes Park.

LOVED THIS HOME

This is such a great place. We loved that it was private and is an individual home. It is also close to downtown Estes and walkable if you do not mind exercise. Entrance to RMNP is also very close!!! Back porch is amazing with great views. There is some construction going on that you can see while sitting on porch but that is no fault of the owner. Kim is a GREAT host and responds quickly to anything. A lot of personal touches and supplies. Would definitely stay here again and also recommend it to anyone.

Great get-away

Beautifil views from a comfortable, cozy home away from home! Walkable to town but close to the Red Route bus stop. Very responsive, communicative host, Kim who even stopped by to fix the tv! We had a relaxing, comfortable visit!! Thanks Kim!!!
