Another large deck provides a quiet space to gather for meals or to relax after a day of outdoor activities. Newly installed stone patio and gas firepit. This home has a main level master queen bedroom and a full bathroom. The Livingroom offers a sofa sleeper. Downstairs is a queen bedroom, a multi purpose room with TV, Games, books and work space, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a laundry room. There is a pack-n-play available for those traveling with a baby.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Maximum occupancy at all times is 6 guests and 2 vehicles, strictly enforced. No Pets, No Smoking. The person renting/name on the account must be present.

This home is fully stocked with bed linens, towels, extra blankets, soaps and shampoo. The kitchen has pots, pans and dishes plus silverware. A standard coffee maker, toaster, blender, crock pot too. A washer and dryer with laundry pods to use.
