"LINGER LONGER" Hem borta från allt ....... Vår Cabin är ett charmigt och mysigt 3 sovrum, 2 badrum hem på en lugn 1. 34 tunnland mycket med enkel tillgång med asfalterad väg och asfalterad uppfart. Breathtaking Views of Longs Peak och Continental Divide. Snötäckta berg, 30 plus mogna Ponderosa tallar på fastigheten med rock outcroppings och vildblommor. Njut av din dag med att läsa en bok på däcken, ha ditt morgonkaffe eller koppla av efter en dag med vandring.

Estes Park Business License # 3242. På grund av staden Estes Park / Larimer County, Colorado stuga föreskrifter och beläggningstillstånd, är denna fastighet begränsad till högst 8 personer. Estes Park License # 3242.

Under månaderna maj till slutet av oktober och några semestrar hyr vi vårt hem på en 7-nätters check in på en lördag och checkar ut följande lördag.

I vår gård ser vi ofta älg, muldyrhjort, bobcat, coyotes och enstaka svartbjörn från däcken.
Detta vackra hem erbjuder ett inbjudande vardagsrum med bekväma sittplatser arrangemang och en vacker moss sten vedeldad spis. Njut av det välutrustade köket med elspis, mikrovågsugn, kylskåp och diskmaskin. Rätter, bestick, kastruller och kokkärl, kaffekanna, brödrost och crock kruk etc. tillhandahålls.
Mattor, lakan, kuddar och örngott och handdukar finns också.
Sovrum 1 Har en queen size-säng med privat 3/4 badrum för att inkludera en dusch.
Sovrum 2 Har en drottning säng med loggram.
Sovrum 3 har en full / dubbel storlek säng på en logg ram med två garderober.
Full badrum utanför av korridoren.
Vardagsrummet vid kaminen erbjuder också en drottning bäddsoffa med en ny memory foam madrass för extra sovplats. Medan du slappnar av, njut av plattskärms-TV med DirectTV, DVD-spelare och WiFi i vardagsrummet. Den vedeldade peisen erbjuder ett mysigt utrymme att besöka efter en dag med vandring eller bara koppla av. En Pack and Play finns också om du har små. (vänligen ta med eget lakan / filtar till Pack and Play som ligger i garderoben i sovrum # 3)
Du är kort, 5 minuters bilresa till centrala Estes Park och 5 minuter till South Entrance till Rocky Mountain National Park!
Kom och njut av alla aspekter av denna avkopplande 1200 kvadratmeter hemma, känna vindarna, lyssna på kolibrier och titta på den fantastiska vildmarken i vårt vackra fritidshus!

Tremendously enjoyed our stay at Linger Longer and RMNP! It was nice to not have to navigate Estes Park traffic to get to the park, as the cabin is about as close to the Beaver Meadows entrance as you can get. I will say that the stall shower in the master bath is rather small, but you can simply use the full size bath/shower in the hallway bath if you prefer, and even without that option, it would be a small price to pay for such a great place. The cabin was very clean and comfortable, and the view is great. Communication with Aaron and Heidi was also great, and they were very quick to respond. My wife said she would easily stay here again if we ever come back, which is a high compliment. Loved it!

It was fantastic except for the bear that got into my SUV on the last night and left 2 doors wide open and ate some snacks ! Discussed with Aaron had to be a bear because no valuables were taken and there was trash everywhere. A very gentle bear by the way because all I saw was a little dust on the seats

If your planning a trip to Estes Park and visiting Rocky Mountain National Park you won't find a more perfect location than Linger Longer! The house is well equipped, clean and comfortable. It truly feels like a home away from home. The views from the deck of Longs Peak and the continental divide are amazing and your just a few minutes from the Beaver Meadows entrance to the park. On our trip this year we saw six moose and tons of elk, which was surprising for late August. This was our forth stay at Linger Longer and we hope to make it again next year. We also had the pleasure of meeting our host, Aaron, who happened to be in Estes Park the day we were leaving. Thanks Aaron and Heidi for providing such a wonderful place to stay.

This is a very nice home and we have enjoyed staying there both times that we booked it. It's a very quiet neighborhood but is still very close to everything you need. We even made a new friend who owns the property next door. We would definitely consider staying here again. We've seen wildlife in the yard on both stays. Owners are very responsive if you have questions or issues.

Great place great time

The house was perfectly placed where we could do everything Rocky Mountain and Estes. We saw lots of wildlife, enjoyed hiking, and were in a great location to enjoy great restaurants. The view was spectacular from the porch and we had plenty of privacy. The hosts were very accommodating.

My wife and I enjoyed our four night visit in May 2025. The very comfortable accomodations are located in a quiet part of town and close to everything, including the entrance to RMNP. Great communication from owner before, during, and after our stay. Highly recommended.

Cozy mountain house home away from home

This is such a great place to stay. This is our third year staying here and we hope to continue to always enjoy this mountain cabin. this cabin has everything you need. The views are fantastic and sitting on the deck is memorizing ! close to everything especially getting into Rocky Mountain national Park. This cabin is on the quiet side of town. We love the hosts. They are great people and really care about you having a great time ,being comfortable and most of all feeling welcome.

Relaxing with great access to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park

The Linger Longer property is an excellent place to relax. The spacious great room and deck provided ample opportunity to relax and take in great views of the mountains. The location has easy access to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. The house, bedrooms, and bathrooms were very clean and everything was ready upon our arrival.

Wish we could linger longer

Fanstastic cabin! Extremely clean and extremely comfortable! We had a wonderful week. The property is within walking distance to a grocery store, restaurant, and gift shops. A 5 min drive into Estes Park, and equally close to the Bear Lake entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. We have been to Estes Park 3 times now, This is our favorite spot by far! We saw bobcat, elk, and deer from the porch. The view of Longs Peak and Mt. Meeker are stunning - especially in the morning. The hosts were very reachable and the check-in was smooth and easy. Fast Wi-Fi, Direct TV and of course other apps as long as you use your own log-in. Can't wait to come back!

Rocky Mountain Retreat

Our family of five traveled to Colorado to tour college campuses and explore Rocky Mountain National Park. This home was perfectly located near the Park entrance and equal distance between the two schools my sons were visiting. The home had everything we needed. We enjoyed evenings sitting on the deck to take in the Mountain views, watch for wildlife, and see the stars of the night sky. We visited the local market to cook a few dinners in the well stocked kitchen, and also enjoyed a few area restaurants suggested by the owners. Our highlight was rising early to hike in the park each day, our favorite was reaching the peak of Mount Chiquita. We will definitely choose Linger Longer again on our next stay in Estes Park.

100% would stay here again!

Such a great spot to stay in Estes Park if you're planning on spending the majority of your time exploring Rocky Mountain National Park! You cannot beat the location & distance from the Beaver Meadows (main) park entrance! The views of the mountains from the front windows/front porch are breathtaking. We stayed with our 2.5 year old who loved seeing the mountains every morning & night (& greeted them appropriately!). The cabin is cozy, well loved & overall was very clean! Check in & out process was a breeze! We would 100% stay here again if we're ever back to visit RMNP!! Thank you!!

Winter Getaway

We loved everything about this cabin! The view, the coziness, and the daily view of the neighborhood deer showing up in the yard. To top it off it’s right by the park and one of my favorite coffee shops, Coffee On The Rocks! We enjoyed grabbing a cup of coffee right before or after hitting the trails each day and coming home to a nice fire in the afternoon/evening. The owners are very friendly and accommodating, and we always enjoy staying in their cabins. Not a single thing I can complain about!

Comfy and gorgeous views!

They had everything we needed and the views were breathtaking! Be aware of stairs to get in to the house as well as a couple stairs in the house. It was tricky for my disabled mother but wouldn’t deter us from staying again. We got some snow that made travel for us Texans a little tricky but Aaron called to check on us and had a snow truck out in no time. Thanks guys!
