Great stay! Everything exactly as described. Lots of extra thoughtful touches too. Hosts were very responsive. Great location, very quiet, and lots of room. Excellent for a family with kids. The fire pit on the back deck is a nice touch! They’re not kidding about driving carefully, lots of deer and elk around and we saw several fawns in the neighborhood.

This home was beautiful and exactly as posted. The living area especially was huge and very well furnished giving a ton of seating options for everyone. The bedrooms were very spacious. One end of the house had the master suite and another bedroom (the smallest of the three). On the opposite end was another bedroom with two beds and the second bathroom. Everything you would ever need was there! I've never stayed in a house with a better stocked kitchen! And even the bathrooms for that matter. Every detail was considered. Everything provided was high quality and name brand. The kitchen had new appliances and there was even an extra refrigerator / freezer in the garage. You also have access to the garage which is unusual. We made a lot of use of it both for extra storage and drying things out.The back deck is beautiful and such a nice place to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail. The listing makes it clear that the house did not have A/C, but when I looked at the weather for the time in CO, I reached out to the host about fans, etc. She ensured us there were fans in each bedroom, ceiling fans in the family room, something called a "swamp cooler", and lots of windows. She even gave us suggestions on keeping the house cool during the day and it worked! Closing down during the day and opening up at night kept the cool air in during the day.Finally the host was one of the most responsive we've ever dealt with.Highly recommend!

The house was in a beautiful location with a great view. There was everything we could’ve needed or wanted. It was spacious and offered a great home for our group for a few nights! It was clean and the communication was Leah was very pleasant to work with.
