“Initial look at the place was great, lived up to the hype. On the beach, decent size rooms, large open living space with kitchen and dining. Everything you’d want for a weekend getaway. Unfortunately as great as the surroundings were, the beds were very uncomfortable, 6 out of the 8 woke up with aches and pains. Mattresses clearly past their used by dates. The single beds are probably for children, as an adult you probably don’t want to be sleeping on that bed. Also the other 2 double beds are...

“I can’t recommend this place highly enough. The property is as good, if not better, than the pictures. The primary suite is a real plus but all the rooms work well and the open plan kitchen overlooking the sea is fantastic. Worked really well for 4 adults and 2 children. The location is also great with an easy walk into town.”

"Fräscht, prisvärt hotell med mycket bra läge vid den fina strandpromenaden i charmiga Eastbourne! Rymliga rum, fräscht badrum, fungerande ac. Smidigt att parkera i närområdet, kostar bara strax över 2£ per dag om man köper parkeringsbiljett i receptionen. Frukostbuffén lite småtrist i smakerna men utbudet är tillräckligt, man blir mätt!"

"Detta hotell är inget jag rekommenderar överhuvudtaget. Det har sett sina glansdagar. Så slitet rum. Färgen vid fönsterna rasade av när man öppnade. Allt satt skevt. Sängen var inte alls skön. Nerliggad. Dammigt. Fläckar här och var. Fläckar på sänglinne och handdukar. Hade på mig strumpor hela tiden eftersom mattan inte verkade ren. Koppar och glas på rummet orena. Servicen var bra på så sätt att vi fick checka in och ut senare. Hade önskat två kuddar extra och det tog flera timmar innnan vi fick. Frukosten undermålig. Utsikten var fin mot piren. "
