“Property served its purpose well. Parts were a tad tired such as the stair carpets and big dips in the bedroom floors but the kitchen and dining room lounge were nice. Garden scruffy and no outside furniture. Oven was in need of a scrub. Beds were comfy however not enough bedding for the sofa bed or towels for everyone. No hand towels in the bathrooms just flannels.There was enough crockery for everyone and great kitchen facilities. Communicating with the host was excellent and very smooth.”

“Work colleges who used the estate for exhibition in London.Great house with plenty os space. Well equipped kitchen.The jacuzzi is an extra plus after a long working day.”

“Great location for St Ives, with parking, as long as you are fit and able to walk up and down to town. Excellent location for visiting surrounding locations by car. A great property for 7- 10 people. Lots of space. Well equipped. ”

“Pet friendly. Lovely house in quiet area, but could do with some updating in areas. Back garden was very overgrown. Needs new mattresses, new pillows and double duvet needs replacing or dry cleaning as it had a lot of stains on it.”

“We recently stayed at this property for just 2 nights as a base while exploring London, and we barely used the place, making it impossible for us to cause the kind of stains they later claimed. We received an email stating that a portion of our deposit would be kept due to “extra cleaning” for marks on the wall - which were already there when we arrived and are completely normal for a well-lived space and for a torn throw that was already in poor condition upon check-in. We made sure to leave...

“Spacious apartment with great views, however lots of steps up to property which might not suit all plus no shops near by for groceries etc and although close to Poole a car is needed as it’s not an easy walk”

“You just simply have to book and stay at this beautiful property to appreiciate its full potential the view is too die for 2nd to none .....it has soo much to offer no matter what the weather the spa pool is fantastic ,the gym and the outside hot tub ....it's close to all amenities ....bus stops less then 2 mins from the house on one side and 5 mins on the other side close to the town ,....tony and the house keeper are extremely attentive to any needs and are extremely helpful and happy to...

“Location great. WiFi very poor but rectified after 2 full days. Pool cleaned after being in accommodation for 6 days, leaving with 4 days with clean pool.Front courtyard and pool surroundings messy, dead plants, weeds. 2 decent pool beds for accommodation that sleeps 8. No aircon. 2 bedrooms with no windows and smell of sewage. General cleanliness poor. Would not recommend and would not return”

“We loved the layout and the location was fantastic - a really short drive to the beach. Unfortunately it smelled quite badly of cigarette smoke and the washing machine smelled musty so we had to use the laundromat on site instead. We would have liked to have had some USB plugs. ”

“Fantastic beach front property, private and of great standards throughout. We got three cars parked on the driveway so ample parking, Asda a 5 mins drive away and a local shop a 5 mins walk.Hosts were really friendly and helpful, would highly recommend to everyone.”
