“Room was nice and clean but we had water leakage all over the restroom and after addressing they didn’t take any steps rather kept arguing saying it’s not that bad and casually apologized only. My 13 months old slipped on the water and got hurt lucky it wasn’t too bad but when I mentioned it to them they told me “the water was stuck only behind the sink” which isn’t true because the time I sent them the pictures it was in the morning and we haven’t used the sink during the night so it started...

“It is a modern hotel in a very good condition. The room was bright and modern. The cleaning staff is doing a great job every day. The service staff by the front desk is friendly and helpful. At breakfast, glasses, plates and cutlery are replaced by disposables. You can go by metro to Rockefeller Center or Bryant Park in about 20 minutes. The area around the hotel is a bit rough and worn. ”

“Beläget vid t-bana Queens Plaza, en station från Manhattan. Mycket smidigt. Modernt och fräscht hotell. Utmärkt gym i källaren. Ingen skillnad i pris jämfört med Manhattans hotell men bättre standard vilket kan vara värt att eftersträva. Plus något större rum med ok utrymme för resväskor och t.o.m lite gåyta. End. dubbelrum finns med Manhattan view, men ej i familjerum för 4 pers. En besvikelse eftersom vi bokade rum med Manhattan view vilket inte gick att korrigera när det upptäcktes vid...
