“Although a bit dated, the property was VERY clean and well maintained. The front desk was SUPER friendly and helpful. Great location close to everything and an easy walk downtown.”

“Just wonderful!!! It is an older "motel" style with doors facing outside rather than inside to a hallway, but we felt very safe. Very well maintained, comfortable spacious rooms, nice showers, loved view from the balcony, and the hot tub is the cleanest I've ever encountered at a hotel! Would definitely stay again!”

“The staff was very helpful”

“This was a return visit, and, we absolutely love this hotel. The staff is courteous, friendly and attentive. They work hard to keep the property in excellent condition. The gardens are beautiful, the pool and fountain are great. The rooms are clean and well maintained. We can't say enough good things about this place. We are looking forward to returning next fall for our annual visit to see the beautiful fall foliage. What a fantastic property!”

“parking was plentiful but we were not certain how exactly to position our vehicle because there are no markings nor instructions that we found. not a big deal but we noticed it.”

“Staff were very nice and helpful! Cute little cabin!”

“Check was easy. Gentleman who helped us got us a room with a jacuzzi tub due to a cancellation and did not charge us full price. Helped us get settled in our room and made sure we were happy. Very quiet place. Beautiful scenery. Close to downtown without the downtown traffic. Will definitely return.”

“Wonderful. Helpful and kind staff. The rooms were perfect spacious and EXTREMELY clean.”

“Lovely getaway in a great location We really enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent, and the suite was beautifully set up and full of charm. Having parking right in front of our door made arriving and heading out so easy. The service stood out too: the hosts were friendly, quick to respond, and checked in to make sure everything was going well. A wonderful spot for a relaxing weekend, and we'd happily stay again.”

“Loved our stay here. It was cozy and clean and convenient to everything in Eureka Springs. The only feedback we have is there was a strange smell that never went away. It’s an older home though, so that could be the cause. It wouldn’t keep us from coming back though.”

“The room was clean and quiet. It was a little smaller than what I had expected, but it served its purpose well. I did have some issues checking in, but that was because the instructions went to the wrong email. No fault of theirs. The host was great, but the person she referred me to speak to seemed very annoyed with me. I felt like I was interrupting her day with my questions about check in. Altogether, it was a good experience.”

“Basic, clean room, close to downtown, staff is very accommodating. I accidentally stole a key but I mailed it back.”

“My only issues were the neighbors light was on all night, every night and the curtains didn't help much. The place smelled a little musty even with the dehumidifier. Nature cannot be controlled and a skunk sprayed right by the place and that's all I could smell the first night.”

“The room and property was nice and I enjoyed the stay. I did not realize when booking the room that there was no staff/clerk on the property. Everything was handled online and through text. The room was clean and nice but decorated with Minecraft or something like a kids room. Overall I would recommend the place.”

“Near Main, exactly as described, excellent value!”

“Very clean and well stocked with essentials. The caretaker was very friendly and welcoming. I loved the location. The bed was super comfortable and the hot tub was amazing. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay. The room was super clean, bed perfect! Had a deer walk right under me while I was on the balcony. Definitely worth the money and can’t wait to come back and bring the kiddos.”

“Great stay in a perfect location. Separate enough to feel like you have your own space, but you have easy walking access to anywhere in downtown Eureka Springs. I didn't have to use my car (which had super-convenient reserved parking) one time once I got settled. The studio's A/C worked wonderfully, and the space was spacious and cozy. Would definitely stay again!”
