“The stay was pleasant and enjoyable. One thing that justified a lowered rating. The toilette water tank leaked inside and so the water refilled the tank making noise every five minutes waking us up many times the first night. Following my report the next day, the repair man came to fix the problem. The leak was still there and the same noise now occurred less often (about every 30 minutes). I locked the water to stop the noise and turned the water back on the next morning to stop the noise.”

“We use to travel around the states and have probably almost 100 nights at hotels the past years and this is the first time they would charge extra for early check in. The text message option was not working properly for 2 days and we waited 20 minutes for our car when there were no other cars waiting for valet service. “For the rate we got it, this room was amazing. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. The gap under the door was a bit big and a little concerning but the only problem we had was two june bugs getting in. The surrounding area was a bit shady but no one bothered us for our two day stay. We plan on staying again next time we come down, it was a good room for the price we paid and is close to a lot of fun activities. ”
