“Large rooms. Clean. Friendly staff. Good location by the river and park. Good walkways. Courtesey transfer to the railroad. ”

“I booked a five-day stay. When I arrived at the property, no one was able to help me. After calling the number they provided, they asked me to leave for an hour and then come back. I had to ask if I could wait in the lobby/living room, and the person in charge agreed. An hour and so later, she showed up. Expedia says breakfast is included; I never saw a trace of food—only coffee. Walls are paper-thin, so you can hear your neighbors arguing. On my second day, the cleaning staff knocked on my door...

“This hotel is warmly welcomed to other guests. The hotel was very good, clean, as good as home, well kept every day, everything was perfect, the internet was good, yes what else to say, you drink a lot of coffee, they have better coffee in the lobby :-) it tastes better than what you get in the rooms :-) By the way, everything was just perfect. I couldn’t get the coffee pot to work properly and there was a new coffee pot outside the door when we got back. The bed was comfortable. We so appreciated having access to a washer and dryer.”

“All the hotel staff were kind and friendly. I had some questions about the amenities in the hotel room, so I went to the front desk a few times to ask, and everyone explained everything to me very politely. When I told them I didn't know how to turn on the hot water in the bathtub, a maintenance technician came up to my room to show me how, and since part of the bathroom fixture was broken, he fixed it right then and there. The room had a kitchen (with a microwave, fridge-freezer, stovetop,...
