The cottage is located behind Patty's house on a quiet street that's three blocks from the inviting College Avenue array of varied restaurants (Italian, American, Mediterranean, ice cream, Peet's). A 20-minute walk to the UC campus. The furnishings are quite sparse but all nicely comfortable and functional, with very good facilities all around in the bathroom and the well-equipped kitchen. It is relaxingly quiet and private, and in a pleasant area. Great location for a visiting academic (as I am), with an easy walk to the university campus, lots of restaurants of all kinds nearby, and BART station. I’d be very happy to stay again on future visits!”

“Super cute, cozy little place close to everything you need in Sonoma. It's clean and comfortable. The decor is quirky and hippie-ish, in a good way! And there are goodies! There was a bottle of wine, 2 bottled waters, popcorn, candy, and tea and coffee. Monica is friendly, fun, and a most gracious host. We lived it and plan to return.”

“This little house is so cute! It was fun to be able to pet the goats and see the animals. It was a quiet location! wish it had one more comfy chair for 4 people but it worked great for a weekend of soccer and then relaxation! Homeowners were super helpful and on top of communication. “Området hade 106 fristående campingvagnar av varierande storlek. Vi var 3 personer och hyrde en stuga med ett sovrum och vardagsrum med bäddsoffa. Köket var rikligt utrustat med porslin, micro, kaffebryggare, brödrost, vattenkokare, diskmaskin. Stort badrum. Stugan var hemtrevlig men lite sliten. Bullrig aircondition men fanns även takfläktar. Trevligt att kunna sitta på uteplatsen under eftermiddagen. Området hade även 6 stycken grillplatser vilka också hade utemöbler. Swimmingpool med stolar....
