Check in and communication was great and the unit was clean. That said, the shower head filter barely lets any water through, the sink drains very slowly, and the TV is so small that I had to get up from bed to get closer to read the onscreen menus. Place was great, would have given 5 stars across the board had it not been for a cockroach in the kitchen. We only saw the one the first day and I guess it can be a common thing in the south, it's the first one I had ever seen so I was I but worried. But we never saw another and place was great.
