Beautiful 4BR - 3.5BA - 2 Car Garage

Located in the center of Bailey’s Crossroads/Falls Church, with Arlington & Annandale just around the corner, there are plenty of shops, activities, & food options close by.

When you’re not out, sit back and enjoy the 65 inch Smart TV in the Living Room, video games, board games, blazing fast internet, balcony with seats, or instead lay down and indulge in the most comfortable beds you’ll sleep in & recharge yourself.

PARKING: The Garage is meant to fit 2 average-sized cars, including some SUV’s. But exceptionally large vehicles (such as Lincoln Navigators or trucks), may not fit inside garage.

-There is street parking. *However* it is limited as in typically it’s all occupied since there’s isn’t many spaces for parallel street parking.

-There are Guest Parking Spaces (separate from the parallel street parking) but you would need a Guest Pass to park in the Guest Parking Spaces after 10pm. Otherwise they’ll tow & I don’t provide the Guest Passes, unfortunately.

-The *Only* Guaranteed parking would be the townhome garage which fits 2 Average-Sized cars.

Please also keep in mind that this IS a NEW listing (or my first & only). So it may not have as many things or be as nice as the other listings in the area. I am fully aware of how the house is currently & what you see in the pictures & the amenities I listed is all what you get and is in fact accurate with the exception of some new additions (Baby mini crib, High Chair, Playard, etc).

Given that, I will of course add & update more things to the home when I have enough funds from bookings from Guests over time. My goal is to make this one of the best 5 Star listings in the area. I’m doing everything I can to make this happen

Cleanliness is important to me and for my Guests so between each and every Guest’s Stay, the cleaning crew is thorough and ensures everything has been properly Cleaned & Sanitized. Light Switches, remotes, video game controllers, board game pieces, door knobs & handles (like sinks), all high touch & low touch surfaces.

As well as ensuring all bedding is properly washed & clean. I personally do not like to cut any corners on this and everything else I do

We enjoyed our stay at the property. We were in town for a family members hospital stay at VHC. It is a very good proximity to the hospital if that is what you are looking for (14-20 minutes depending on time of day). The house is very spacious with 4 full bedrooms. Lots of food options in the area. Communication with the owner was consistent and clear. Wi-Fi is reliable. The property could use more cooking supplies (pots/pans/utensils) but is otherwise fully functional for a family.

We were comfortable and more than satisfied with this property as it exceeded our expectations. Daniel was always promptly responsive to our queries. Townhome was immaculate and well decorated. Host was kind enough to provide us with a bottle of good wine, snacks, candy and all sorts of kitchen spices, oils, etc. Kitchen was very well outfitted with paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, and dishwashing detergent. The 3 full bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditioner, lotion, make-up remover, q-tips, cotton balls, tp, and hand soap. Everything you could think of was there for your use. Nearby there was a Harris Teeter, Giant, lots of restaurants, and several good shopping centers. Our party of six were all very well satisfied. Thank you Daniel for having us stay in your lovely and nicely maintained rental.

House was very clean and host was very responsive. Couldn’t get the garage door opener to work, but was able to sort it out with the host. Complimentary snacks and wine were a nice touch. Location was convenient. Kids enjoyed the board games. Didn’t do any cooking, but there seemed to be a good assortment of spices and some basic pans and cooking utensils, and plenty of dishes. Not super fancy but a pleasant place to stay and worked well for us.

Clean and roomy townhome. Good location but you do need a car or Uber to the closest Metro station about 4-5 miles away. A lot of stairs but a fun set up if you don’t mind stairs. Would stay there again.

Townhome was well cleaned and carefully curated to host for families/groups of all ages. Appreciated the Wi-Fi and garage. Location is easy in/out to National Mall and metro DC in car (Did not try trains& buses) with plenty stores near by for the short-term essentials. Finally, host was responsive to our last-minute booking and provided plenty of details & hints for access, amenities, etc. thank you!

Overall, it was a great stay with good amenities! The house offered enough comfortable space after a long day of kid’s sports activity! I preferred to cook most meals. The house had all my basic needs and a good amount of cooking seasonings (pretty cool)! The location was also close to restaurants and grocery stores (Trader Joe’s down the street)! The owner was very responsive and made sure we were comfortable. We would rent this house again🙂!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Daniel was very responsive and quick to answer any questions. The home was very clean and had all the extras that made it feel like a home. The beds are very comfortable with great linens too! The garage is a great added bonus. We definitely recommend this home for stays!

Daniel was a great host! The place was perfect for the 7 of us with comfy beds, cozy couch. He went above and beyond with courtesy snacks, coffee, toiletries, extra blankets and even laundry soap to make our stay convenient and enjoyable. He even provided a bottle of wine to congratulate my daughter on her Master's degree as we were there to attend her graduation and sight see. Anytime I contacted him, he was quick to reply and provided a wealth of information for navigating the city, places to eat and sights to see. Highly recommend Daniel's place and hope to stay again when I return.
