Check in was easy. Owner was very gracious and checked in to make sure we were comfortable. Great for large families with children. Rooms are large and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped with great appliances. The yard was large enough for multiple activites and we enjoyed cooking smores around the fire pit.The location was close to the beachs but the association beach was inaccessible to us due to lack of parking. The house is located on a very busy road heading into Woods Hole so can be noisy at times.

Lovely home and a wonderful vacation!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Falmouth, MA (near Woods Hole)! Our group of nine (5 adults and 4 teens) felt right at home the moment we walked in. The house is clearly loved and thoughtfully remodeled—every detail, from the freshly buffed original hardwood floors to the soft linens and plush towels, made our stay so comfortable and relaxing.The beds were all super cozy, the kitchen was impressively well-appointed with everything you could need (and more!), and we especially enjoyed the beautiful dishes. The kids LOVED the third floor "slumber party" hangout and sleeping room. Outside, the deck and backyard fire pit were perfect for unwinding in the evenings. Though the early April weather was chilly, we enjoyed a fire together. The house is in a quiet, friendly neighborhood within walking distance to “The Knob” and beautiful beaches. It's also very close to the charming town of Woods Hole, with great coffee shops and restaurants and an adorable aquarium where we spent an afternoon. We were also very close to the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard, which made for a perfect day trip.Joe, the host, was fantastic—warm, welcoming, and clearly takes great pride in this home. He met us on arrival for a helpful tour and left us with a box of delicious cookies from a local French bakery. He responded immediately to any questions we texted. It’s rare to find a place that feels both luxurious and homey, but this one truly does. Can't wait to come back!
