This 3 BED / 1.5 BATH home sleeps 7 people comfortably in beds and is perfectly located to give you the best chance to maximize your vacation experience. Located in Falmouth, the cultural and commercial hub of the Upper Cape, you will have everything you need at your fingertips.

For starters… you are 900 feet from the Shining Sea Bikeway. The SSB is a paved, 10.7 mile bike path that stretches from County Road in North Falmouth all the way to the Steamship Authority in Woods Hole. Bring your bikes and get ready to enjoy one of the premier biking activities in the area.

The house is exactly 1 mile from the start of Main Street, so you will have dozens of restaurants, shops and experiences to explore. As for beaches, get ready because Falmouth Heights Beach is 2.1 miles away, Surf Drive Beach is 2.2 miles and Bristol Beach is 2.3 miles. And don’t worry about packing all that bulky beach gear… beach chairs are provided as well as a cooler and beach umbrella!

The home itself has been designed and outfitted to be a very comfortable rental retreat. The main floor features a smartly designed living room with streaming TV. Next to that is dining area with 2 tables that can seat 4 people each as well as the kitchen that is stocked with all the essentials AND a dedicated coffee station. The main floor bedroom has a queen bed. A half bathroom plus a discreetly tucked away washer/dryer complete the floor. Upstairs you will find two more bedrooms (one with a king bed and a twin bed + one with a king bed and a couch) plus a full bathroom with a stall shower. Ductless AC units in each bedroom and in the living room and kitchen/dining area will ensure you stay cool during those balmy summer days. No need to start organizing linens and towels to bring, those are all provided for you!

The back yard is where the magic really starts to shine. A multi-level outdoor space offers multiple spaces to relax and entertain. Right outside the sliding door from the house you will find the enclosed, private outdoor shower as well as a gas grill. Down another level the next deck has two dining tables with seating for 8 and comfortable hanging lounging chairs to curl up in the afternoon sun with a good book. Beyond that is an outdoor gas fireplace area with plenty of Adirondack chairs to enjoy your company while watching the light fade in the sky.

7 night minimum, Sat. to Sat. during the peak season. 4 night rentals available in the shoulder seasons at reduced rates. Pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis. All linens and towels are provided. Subject to applicable taxes and fees. All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00.
