Spacious, welcoming, well appointed home located in Falmouth Heights. Along with the main house is a one bedroom cottage part of your stay. Perfect for families, in-laws or kids playhouse. Just minutes to Falmouth Heights beach, Island Queen Ferry to MV, Falmouth Inner Harbor, Falmouth Road Race finish line, 4th of July fireworks, wedding venues, and Falmouth's vast array of Golf Courses. Main House has central AC while bedroom 1 is set up with desk for easy remote work, to stay current with work. The back cottage also is set up as a home office. Expansive back yard and comfortable patio for big family and friend cookouts and games after long days frolicking around town or enjoying Falmouth Heights Beach! There are so many activities, rain or shine, there is plenty to do. Kayaks are available in the garage along with a couple of bikes, Holiday Cycles is right down the street if riding as a foursome is what you're looking for. For the shoppers in the family, downtown Falmouth is one mile away and Mashpee Commons is a 10-minute ride away.

While this property is absolutely perfect for families and groups for summer fun by the beach, Falmouth is a great location to get away for the holidays starting with Halloween! Main Street has the best decorations with scarecrows lining the street and trick or treats at many of the shops! Move on to Thanksgiving and there is nowhere better to host your family! The large kitchen table generally and easily fits more than a dozen adults and even more with kids. There are two ovens, in the gourmet kitchen, for cooking both a turkey and another main course. If you believe in Santa, Falmouth by the Sea on Friday, December 5th begins a great weekend event to kick off Christmas festivities and your holiday shopping with Main Street lit up beautifully!

The house worked out great. Nice location with shopping and Main Street all very accessible. Everything was ready for us and Lawrence was a 5 star host! We all enjoyed the property and will use it again and recommend it to any larger group.

This property is a great location with very close access to the beach and the Island Queen ferry. Downtown restaurants and retail are also close. The back deck and yard are very comfortable and relaxing. For our group, the cottage worked well for remote work privacy.

There could NOT be any better place!

Just imagine being in the most amazing vacation home EVER while also feeling totally at home. Honest--that's exactly how you will feel if you are lucky enough to snag Lawrence's house. This was our second year staying there with our gaggle of kids and grandkids and everyone had the best time ever. And since there is the little house in the backyard, you can have both togetherness AND privacy. Everything was perfect and the extra bonus this year was the adorable bunny family in the back yard. They were so friendly and sweet. We walked everywhere--even to the beach and would not even consider staying anywhere else.

best rental EVER!

If you have a chance to stay at Lawrence's beautiful home, you definitely should. Everything about it is beyond perfect and he is the most gracious, thoughtful host you will ever come across. The location is ideal--you can walk to town and a gorgeous beach. (And a Dairy Queen!) Every amenity you can think of (and some you couldn't imagine) are there. For example, he even encourages you to take a book you would like to read and leave one for the next guest! And the "bonus" cottage is icing on the cake. Talk about privacy and plenty of room to gather! You really have to see it to believe it!
