“This hotel was filthy. I had to take Lysol wipes that I had in my car to wipe down all surfaces including the floors. My room was not cleaned for three of the four nights of our stay, The desk clerk said we had to request it. It was never disclosed to me that this was the process and it was not posted anywhere. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast. Staff was OK. Parking was OK. ”

“The gym was clean and well maintained with descent equipment. The room we stayed in was mostly clean except for the shower- that was a bit streaky. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. Even though I arrived early in the service time, there were very little selections of fruit, the coffee was low, and after waiting for around 15 minutes for replenishment, I gave up and walked to a local breakfast shop at the nearby shopping center. “The rooms were very clean with fluffy white towels and clean beds , the staff the friendliest , sadly the WiFi didn’t not work and the air conditioning was very noisy , however it was excellent value for money and if we return to the area we would definitely stay here again . Thank you”

“Hotel was supposed to be an Extended Stay hotel yet there were NO dishes, glassware, utensils in the room. There wasn't even a hair dryer, which the Expedia site specificaly listed.”

“When we checked in to our rooms, our daughter reported “brown water” coming out of the faucet in the bathroom. It then wouldn’t drain. We called the front desk and they immediately gave her a different room. Everyone working at the property was exceptionally nice. Aside from the water issue, our stay was great. ”
