I arrived at the hotel with 15% left in my car. the hotel only had four (three working) 8 kw chargers. You had to walk into the reception and ask them to start the charger. You are only allowed to charge for four hours meaning that the car could only charge up to 44%.
This is the worst experience I've had with a hotel that claims to have an EV charger. ”

“Rooms where clean and comfortable however bathroom door had some damage and two bandaids where holding and covering the damage not so fresh. Had a long day if meeting and tried to order room service but never got through on the room phone to room service so had to ho down stairs to order something to eat when I just wanted room service and a good night sleep . Bed was comfortable but pillows only ok ”

A fair way from city centre, but the buss stops just outside quite often and takes you to town in 10 minutes, and Summertown Shops are quite close. Breakfast was pretty good, toast, bacon, sausages, baked beans, mushrooms, hash browns, sunny side eggs, scrambled eggs, orange and apple juice, some mixed fruits, yoghurt, cereal and milk, croissants, butter, nutella and jams for spreads, some cheese sticks, ketchup and sauce, tea and coffee. Most people should find something to get their day started, but if I'm going to nit-pick it would be about there only being toast for bread, no darker bread or breakfast rolls or anything of the kind, and also a limited selection of bread toppings if you don't like jam/marmalade on your toast. No meats or sliced cheese (I guess you could cut up a cheese stick and put on if you really wanted to), or cream cheese. "
