“The heating in the pool and hot tub did not work at all, and the pool and pool surroundings were covered with leaves. The next to last day of our stay a man came to remove leaves from the pool but not the area around the pool. He could not fix the heating element for the pool and spa. The company whose phone number was on the heating element said that the heating element had not worked in a while as he had had many phone calls about it.
