âI was pleasantly surprised at how nice the hotel was. I was checked in three hours early and was upgraded to a large suite. It was clean, convenient for getting off the cruise ship and the staff were very friendly and welcoming!â
âThis is a great location to get to the FerryâŠthe Breakfast is wonderful. Most of the Staff is very good. The bedroom and all is clean and good. I had a problem with my bed it seems like there are wires out and when I got up I got hurt in my head from the lower bed⊠this was my third night there and this is the first time it happens⊠they need to check on this⊠I also had a problem with a Staff Member⊠sometime in the future I will let them know⊠other than that is very goodâ
âThe staff was friendly and professional. They were helpful with restaurants selection for the area as well as booking taxi for airport transfer. The hotel is a bit dated. However, it is a great place to stay for pre cruise or pro cruise stay since it is only a short distance from the cruise port and the airport. â
âStayed for 2 nights pre-cruise. Nice and conveniently located to the port in the center of Papeete. Very clean and new, lovely bathroom and great beds, rooms are large. The pool in the hotel is quite small and there are watercycling-classes for people not staying at the hotel at least 2 times a day, but that seems to be a standard on Tahiti, it was a fact in every place we stayed in. Breakfast and all food/drinks are ridiculously priced, so we did not try it out. There is a gas-station just...
âVery nice, modern hotel with beautiful lobby and pool. Check in was very slow though.
Room nice, very comfortable bed. Unfortunately we had no hot water for some time. Took them a while to fix and after that we had no cold water :)

Service is overall good and cleaning was ok but not excellent. Why? Well⊠we found hair in one of the towels, one of the body lotions was used. Not a big deal, but normally I havenât had this many âproblemsâ at a Hilton...

âHotel was great!! Beautiful landscaping throughout. Right on the water with a beautiful infinity pool and lagoon snorkeling and swimming also. Happy Hour 5-7:30 with amazing tapas and drinks. All bars, restaurant, and bridges light up at night.â
âThe place is unbelievably noisy (traffic, loud music etc). It has zero sound-proofing. We only used it for a day stay to catch a midnight flight, but you won't get any sleep there. There was only one chair. Shower head wouldn't stay up. On the plus side, it has great AC and is easy walking distance to the airport. But not worth the money.â
