Nice but needs some love

The house was nice. Very comfortable. The cleanliness could use some work and a few things were broken or not working properly. The front storm door was broke and wouldn't close all the way, the overflow drain for the tub in the maid bathroom was rusted and fell off and the smoke alarm in the master bedroom kept going off many, MANY times so I went and bought a new one. There wasn't enough dishes as far as cooking utensils and pans. The electric can opener was not working. But all in all it was nice. Cassidy was easy to communicate with and worked with us very well.

2nd visit

This was our 2nd time to stay at this property. The location to UArk is less than a 5 minute drive. The neighborhood is quiet and the house is cozy! We will definitely use this house again and highly recommend it. The property manager is super helpful, full of local suggestions and easy to get in touch with.

Cute and Cozy Home

We booked this home for a quick weekend getaway to visit & tour the University of Arkansas and attend the the LSU/Arkansas football game with our daughter. We drove up from Baton Rouge and arrived late at night. The host left the porch light on for us and easy instructions on and entering the home. We were welcomed with a small gift basket and great information on local places to visit, sightsee, eat drink, and shop. This home was equipped with all the necessities… I usually pack trash bags, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, etc. but I did not need to use any of mine because the house had it all! There was also shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion in each bathroom, and, coffee pods for the Keurig machine! The beds were comfortable and cozy. We loved using the remote control ceiling fans although we quickly found out that the heater worked very well as we enjoyed the first snowfall of the season. The huge fenced in backyard was a winter wonderland. We did not have time to make a fire in the indoor fireplace or the outdoor fire pit but we’re happy to know for future visits that was available to us… as well as the charcoal barbecue grill. We were able to park our SUV inside the garage with plenty of room. The host was by far the best communicator I have worked with because of the quick response and over and above information and help on ideas of where to eat and how to get around town. We absolutely fell in love with the small town of Fayetteville and hope to visit again soon!

Nice location but needs some updates

House showed well in pics, but in person it was not as nice. It needed a more thorough cleaning, top sheets on all the beds were a size smaller than actual bed size, many burned out light bulbs, shoddy paint, over grown weeds in backyard and dead plants in front yard. Overall it felt like a rush job/flip. Location was awesome, responsive owner and great parking…but for the price, there are places that are far nicer. I would stay here again but only if my first choices were not available and it wasn’t a prime weekend with the crazy high rates.
