“This was a great property for our family (with small kids and a dog) for a long weekend to New River Gorge NP. The house was well equipped for us all. The kitchen had all the basics needed, a small charcoal grill on the deck, a firepit with firewood, a restaurant style highchair for our 1yr old, basketball game and foosball table for the 5yr old, basic supplies like dishsoap, laundry soap, papertowels, tp and whatnot. “This was such a lovely place to stay during our time in Fayetteville! The hospitality was exceptional and included thoughtful touches such as a personal greeting written on a whiteboard, a basket of snacks, and bottled water (including my favorite mineral water!) in the fridge. I forgot to bring my toothbrush, but there was a pack of brand new toothbrushes in the bathroom drawer as well as toothpaste. The house was extremely clean, and although it's historic, it felt brand new in some ways....

“It was fine for one night. The floors are wonky & slanted so it’s off putting. It’s right next to a main road & the windows or insulation must be old because it was very noisy because of the cars. ”
