"The front desk was courteous and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It's an older motel but efforts have been made to keep it well worth the low price. This was graduation weekend at the University of Arkansas, and every other hotel/motel in town had quadrupled, or even more, their rates. My thanks to the owners! The Best Western in town had canceled my reservation made in March, but agreed to reinstate it at FIVE TIMES my original reservation!!"

"The property looked the same as it did 25 years ago when I stayed there. Seems the only updates have been paint in the rooms and new bedding. I would stay there again, as it’s convenient to the interstate but the whole place could def use a facelift "

"My sister and I were very impressed with this condo. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. It has a lovely kitchen and a large living room area to spread out. Both beds were very comfortable as well. The check in process was easy and the host was very responsive. Staying in Fayetteville was great! There is plenty to do. If available, we will be staying here again the next time we visit family."
