âClean and comfortable rooms with nice bathrooms. Good dining, lovely staff. Great outdoor space with a delightful swimming pool and outdoor dining areas. Reasonably central. Front desk staff was very helpful at finding good drivers and other transportation and accessing anything else we needed. Felt very safe and cared for as a Canadian visitor on first trip to East Africa.â

âWe arrived at the Hotel following a Booking Conformation available with the hotel . Unfortunately we were shocked to see that the Sales Manager of the Hotel was not ready to accomodate us inspite of us making the payment already. âThe Host was very helpful. He came to pick me up from the airport and this was very useful. The house is in a good location very close to the KCC which was very useful to me. The house was relatively clean and comfortable except for a few quickly addressed challenges. However, the place needs a fan especially when the weather is a bit warm. I would stay here again if I find myself in Kigali. â
