“We booked and paid for this property only to be told by Catherine the local property mgr (not Holidu) a day before we departed the U.S. (and only after WE'D called her for another reason) that she was moving us to a different property, as this house had construction going on. "We stayed at Paloma Blanca for six nights as a family of four, with two adults and two children aged 10 and 13. We had a ground-floor room with direct access to the pool area, which was extremely convenient. We had a wonderful holiday. The hotel has a beautiful pool area with plenty of space, and it was never difficult to find sunbeds. The pool bar served excellent food and fantastic cocktails. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. A special mention goes to Billy at the bar, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable. He deserves an extra star! The only areas for improvement would be the beds, which were unfortunately quite firm, and the breakfast, which could offer a little more variety. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely consider returning in the future. We would also be happy to recommend Paloma Blanca to others looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday."
